Tackling Tough Projects Quality Propane, a Rosemount, Minn.–based CHS wholesale energy customer, took on the delivery job. Owner Russ Head committed to deliver propane on a 24/7 basis with confidence. His response isn’t surprising, considering his track record of tackling challenging projects. Head’s drivers provided propane for the casting yard and other riverbank job sites run by Flatiron WWW.CHSINC.COM 24 November/December 2008
